David Gregg

Born in Nottingham, David is the Convener of the Highland Liberal Democrats and a recently qualified doctor.

He joined the Liberal Democrats in 2017 in the aftermath of the EU referendum, to fight for the internationalist and liberal values he believes in. After a year in Inverness, he worked in both Oban and Fort William, giving him a wider appreciation of the unique challenges of the Highlands' rural healthcare service.

As an advocate for one of the fastest growing cities in the UK (Inverness), David is fighting for improvement in our public transport by upgrading our rail lines, expanding subject choice in Highland secondary schools, urgent action on climate change, and fighting the increasing centralisation of power we see in Holyrood and Westminster.
